With the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro, Google announced the latest At a Glance features. The Pixel 6 is now picking up daily weather forecasts in At a Glance on the lock and homescreen. 

At Made by Google 2022, a number of Assistant announcements were made across all the new devices and form factors. Pixel phones are seeing updates to Assistant Voice Typing, At a Glance, Quick Phrases, Recorder, and more.

After adding a Commute toggle for traffic, the Pixel’s At a Glance widget has now introduced a setting to get the “Delivery and pickup status” of “Food and household orders.”

Google might be bringing back an old At a Glance capability on Pixel phones that shows “Commute” times.

With the Pixel’s June Feature Drop, Google said that At a Glance would soon show Air Quality Index (AQI) alerts, and these readings are starting to roll out.

Besides revealing work on support for Ring doorbell notifications, the latest version of Android System Intelligence gives you control over data used for At a Glance and other smart features.

Google is preparing to expand Pixel’s support for showing At A Glance notifications from smart doorbells to also include alerts from Ring products.

With the March Feature Drop, Google announced that your Pixel’s home and lockscreen would start showing more contextual information. As the month comes to an end, At a Glance is only now beginning to roll out the “Connected devices” Bluetooth integration.

With the Pixel 6 and Android 12, Google redesigned At a Glance to be left-aligned and made it just open the Weather app by default. Android 12L makes it so that tapping At a Glance’s top line opens Google Calendar again.
