Google shared today that those in Los Angeles that lost Google Photos canvas, prints, or photo books in last month’s fires can get their orders replaced for free.

A Google Photos community post today notes two options:
- “If your phone or computer has backup enabled, you can access your Google photo and videos by logging in from a different device.”
- “If you lost Google Photos canvas, prints, or photobooks in the fire, contact us and we will replace your order free of charge”
For the past several years, Google Photos has offered a Print store in several countries. In the US, you can get books (from $14.99), photo prints (from $.18), and canvas prints (from $24.99). No other public details are provided, with users needing to contact Google Support directly.
Last month, Google announced that it contributed $15 million to organizations providing immediate relief, including: Emergency Network Los Angeles, American Red Cross, the Center for Disaster Philanthropy and the Institute for Nonprofit News.
YouTube also said it would offer its “production facilities to impacted creators and artists as they begin to recover and rebuild their businesses.”
