OnePlus just released its second flagship phone of the year, but as if that weren’t enough, we’re also getting a follow-up to the OnePlus 13R, alongside the first arrival of the company’s budget-friendly tablet lineup in North America.
Today, OnePlus announced the OnePlus 15R is set to arrive in the US and Canada on December 17th, about a month after its mainline flagship sibling. While we don’t know everything that makes the OnePlus 15R tick just yet, we have learned a little about its basic specs sheet. In addition to a design that matches the standard OnePlus 15, the 15R includes support for practically every IP-rating — that’s IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K. It’ll come in Charcoal Black and Mint Breeze, presumably alongside specs that are just slightly less powerful than the regular 15.

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is also set to arrive on December 17th, delivering an affordable tablet just ahead of the holidays. The original OnePlus Pad Go — which dialed down the power and performance of the company’s original tablet lineup to deliver something more affordable — didn’t launch in the US, but its follow-up model is, in fact, getting a stateside welcome. There’s not much to go off here yet, but we do know this tablet will include an integrated stylus not seen on the initial model. Unfortunately, it won’t support 5G here in the US, and will only come in a standard Shadow Black colorway.
We’ll have to wait until December 17th for full reveals of both models, but with plenty of time to go, don’t be surprised if we get a handful of additional teases and spec reveals. Either way, this announcement might throw a wrench in your holiday shopping plans. Hopefully, by then, the OnePlus 15 is actually up for proper sale in the US.
