AAWireless TWO+ turns wired Android Auto and CarPlay wireless, available today

After a soft launch earlier this year, AAWireless TWO+ is now available as the company’s first wireless adapter fully ready for both Android Auto and CarPlay.

AAWireless is the original and, arguably, still the best wireless adapter for Android Auto. The handy little device got a sequel in 2024 that added a physical button for swapping back and forth between connected devices, but now it’s getting the upgrade many have been waiting for.

AAWireless TWO+ is the first adapter from the company that supports both Android Auto and CarPlay, no beta label needed. You can connect your Android phone or an iPhone to the device and you’ll then be able to use their respective platforms in your car. With the press of a button, you can then swap between connected devices.

The company explains the benefit as follows:

Built for maximum versatility, TWO+ features cross-platform support, a multifunctional button for effortless switching and control, and regular over-the-air firmware updates via the AAWireless app, making it easier than ever to upgrade your connected driving experience.

AAWireless TWO+ is now available via the company’s online store in the United States and Europe, and coming soon to the UK as well. It will make its way over to Amazon at a later date. The best part? It will cost $64.99, the same price as the existing model (which is presumably getting a price cut).

We’ve got a unit on hand for testing already, so stay tuned for first thoughts in the coming days!
