Ecovacs didn’t think robot vacuums and mops were efficient enough, even though they do all the work for you. The Matter-compatible X11 Omnicylcone robot cleaner fast-charges during routine tasks so it never has to stop, and it eliminates one of the most annoying things about robot vacuums — dust bags.
Announced at IFA 2025, Ecovacs launched one of its most impressive robot cleaners to date. The Deebot X11 Omnicyclone equips vacuum and mopping assemblies, rounding out floor cleaning for most users. On top of that, the new release is compatible with Matter for just about any smart home.
At its core, it has all of the makings of a powerful cleaner. The company has improved suction for the robot, equipping it with a new large-airflow system that adds more power while reducing noise with a quieter high-torque motor.
The X11 Omnicyclone also utilizes Ecovacs’ TrueEdge 3.0 tech to ensure the mop actually cleans the entire floor. During every mopping task, the nylon roller extends to one side to butt up against the wall or obstacle it’s cleaning around. The roller doesn’t damage baseboards, but it gets exceptionally close for optimal coverage.

The docking station has been completely redesigned, and this is where things get exciting. The X11 Omnicylcone eliminates the traditional dust bag and opts for a more modern dust chamber that can be removed and emptied quickly.
This has to be one of the most annoying parts about robot vacuums in general. Even though bags are cheap to replace, it’s still something to replace and keep a supply of in the home. With a dust chamber that has washable parts, that consumable element is gone.
This is one of the first times we’ve seen GaN-specific charging, and it’s more than welcome. The cleaner will charge anytime it’s in the dock, which is often if the dust chamber fills up fast or if heavy mopping is enabled. In theory, that means the robot is always charged and can take on larger environments.
Another big addition to Ecovacs’ lineup with the X11 is something it’s calling a “TruePass Adaptive 4WD Climbing System.” The mechanical system allows the X11 to pass over raised thresholds, thick carpets, and other obstacles up to a certain height. This isn’t a stair-climbing ability like we’ve seen some companies add, but it allows the robot to get over barriers previous models would definitely have trouble with.

Ecovacs is launching the Deebot X11 Onmicyclone at $1,499 with availability starting today.
