Anker has a truly wild new USB-C charger launching later this month, with the “Prime” charger supporting 160W output, a built-in display, and an app on your phone.
The Anker Prime Charger 160W is a 3-port charger that features up to 140W output per device. But if all three ports are in use, Anker says the effective output is actually 210W, with 140W to one device, and up to 35W for the other two connected devices. The company’s example is using a 16-inch MacBook Pro, an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and an 11-inch iPad Pro, but the results are presumably similar on other devices.
You can see the live power output via a built-in display on the charger.
That display also allows for switching between charging mode presets. Using built-in Bluetooth support and an app on your phone – yes, chargers have apps now – to access seven customizable modes to further adjust charging. The app also allows control over screen brightness, a sleep timer for the screen (presumably used to turn it off during certain hours of the day), and adjust the language used.

The Anker Prime 160W charger will go on sale on September 25 for $149.
Would you use a charger with an app?
Meanwhile, Anker is also showing off other new devices at IFA 2025, including a 300W power bank, a Qi2 25W charging stand (with a built-in Apple Watch charger), and a ton of other new gear from its Eufy and Soundcore brands.
