It’s not just you, Reddit was fully down in widespread outage

If your curated Reddit feed isn’t returning any posts, you’re not alone. Reddit appears to be completely inaccessible in the company’s latest outage.

As of roughly 9 AM PT, attempting to load any page in Reddit displays a “no content to display” error, rendering home pages, subreddits, and comment threads completely unavailable. Similarly, attempting to load users profiles — including your own — is impossible, with existing posts and comments not listed. On DownDetector, over 100,000 users and counting have reported an outage, while Reddit’s own status tracker account on Twitter has confirmed the issue is being investigated.

For now, whether you’re attempting to access your own Reddit homepage or clicking on links returned through Google, nothing’s actually viewable on the website. There’s no information on when the site might return to its normal functionality.

We’re monitoring the situation and will update this article as more information becomes available.

Update 9:21am: Reddit’s status tracker confirms the company has identified the problem and is implementing a fix. Posts appear to be loading occasionally, though not with any consistency on my end.

Update 9:34am: Reddit’s status shows a continuous monitoring of its implemented fix, but browsing through the site, it does appear as though whatever change was rolled out helped solve the issue.

Update 9:41am: Reddit has officially declared this issue resolved on its status tracker. After a brief outage, the website appears to be back online.
