Nothing CEO Carl Pei has just confirmed that the company’s first pair of over-ear headphones, “Nothing Headphone (1),” will be launching next month.
Speaking at SXSW London, Pei confirmed that both the Nothing Phone (3) and “Nothing Headphone (1)” will be launching on July 1. He says that this product will be launching as the company continues “to level up audio.”
Nothing Headphone (1) is coming very soon. Our first over-ear headphones are launching on July 1. A whole new product category for us as we continue to level up audio in 2025.
While the launch may take place on July 1 – the same date that Phone (3) is set to launch – they’re rumored to be available much later. A fairly reliable leaker recently said that these headphones will launch in September and that they will cost $299 USD.
Previously, Nothing teased that its first over-ear headphones would rival options like AirPods Max in terms of audio quality, as well as having an appealing design. So far, no images of the headphones have leaked.
