Nothing has revealed that it is the fastest-growing smartphone brand in India, and also has some new updates available for the Nothing Phone (3a)’s signature Essential Space feature.
In a post this week, Nothing founder Carl Pei revealed stats from Counterpoint Research which puts Nothing as the fastest-growing smartphone brand in India. For Q1 2025, Nothing’s shipments jumped by 156%, and that’s not all the good news for the brand. Nothing has also apparently seen five quarters of “leading growth” in a row, being the only brand in 10 years to hit that number.
The full Counterpoint report hasn’t been made publicly available yet.
Beyond that, Nothing has also announced some new upgrades for its Nothing Phone (3a) series, namely for the Essential Space feature. The AI-powered app is adding a detailed new reminder page where you can edit reminders, as well as speeding up AI processing.
