The remote tracker industry is filled with options that cater to a couple of known networks, but not many offer compatibility with both Android and Apple’s finder networks. The Chipolo POP is a new tacker that works on the Apple Find My network and Android’s Find My Device network, and it comes in a variety of non-boring colors.
Android’s Find My Device network is younger than Apple’s, so many trackers on the market tend to work well with Apple’s Find My network while ignoring the Android variant. Still, since the network was introduced in 2024, several brands, like Chipolo, have released trackers.
To broaden that compatibility and allow for one tracker to do it all, Chipolo announced the new POP tag, which comes in several vibrant color variants. Chipolo’s POP tracker works with the Find My Device network on Android and the Apple Find My network. Essentially, it doesn’t matter what phone or tablet you’re using and which locator app. In both scenarios, the tracker will appear with the last known location.

In both cases, devices on each network are capable of pinging the location of the tracker, even if the phone belongs to someone else. This secure method allows for your tag to be located where you aren’t. Keep in mind that these trackers will work with only one network at a time, so an Android user won’t see their tag if it’s in a location where only iPhones are around, and vice versa.
The Chipolo POP for Apple and Android follows the same pricing model as other tags from the company, coming in at $29 for a single unit and $116 for a pair of 4 at full price. However, the launch is offering a deal on POP trackers where a 4-pack comes in at $89. Those are genuinely good prices for trackers that work on essentially any tracking network. The Chipolo POP tags come in white, black, red, blue, yellow, and green.
