As promised, Samsung has started the rollout of One UI 7 to Galaxy users in the US, starting with the Galaxy S24 series.
Following a very lengthy delay, Samsung is now rolling out its stable Android 15 update with One UI 7 to the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra in the United States. Users started reporting the update’s arrival around 8-9am ET in the States, though it’s not yet clear if the update is available broadly or only to those who were enrolled in the beta program. SamMobile hints that it’s available to all unlocked Galaxy S24 owners, regardless of beta status.
The stable One UI 7 update weighs in at around 5GB for those who are not part of the beta, and under 500MB for those who were enrolled previously. The April 2025 security patch is also in tow, with Samsung seemingly using that patch to roll out its long-awaited Android 15 update.
Of course, for US users, unlocked devices make up only a small portion of devices on the market. Carriers will push updates in the coming days to their customers, though delays may vary depending on what carrier you’re using.
Samsung is also actively rolling out One UI 7 in Europe as of today, and the update should also appear for Fold 6 and Flip 6 devices in the US sometime later today.
