Pixel 9a will reportedly come with a free Google TV Streamer in some markets

According to a reliable leaker, Google’s upcoming Pixel 9a will include a free Google TV Streamer, at least in some markets.

Pixel 9a is expected to launch this month and, according to Roland Quandt, buyers in some markets are getting a really nice perk.

A free Google TV Streamer.

Pre-orders for the Pixel 9a in parts of Europe through “certain Google partners” will include a free Google TV Streamer, Quandt says on Bluesky. That’s a pre-order perk worth, assuming pricing leaks are correct, roughly 20% of the total value of the phone. It’s unclear if the same perk will be available globally, though.

Notably, another recent leak revealed that Google probably won’t be offering Gemini Advanced for free (beyond the normal trial) with the Pixel 9a.

Whatever the case, we’ll learn more soon enough, as Pixel 9a is expected to launch as soon as next week.
