Samsung Galaxy Ring 2 may arrive early with these improvements

According to a report, Samsung may have plans to accelerate the launch of a “Galaxy Ring 2” which would deliver a few key improvements.

Samsung’s latest wearable, the Galaxy Ring, launched in July as a new option for improved health tracking that’s less invasive compared to a smartwatch. The device was met with mixed reviews, but was overall considered to be a good first generation.

Apparently, a sequel is coming pretty quickly.

A leaker on Naver this week says that Samsung is planning to launch “Galaxy Ring 2” a “bit earlier” than was originally thought. The original launched in July after being shown off in February, but it’s unclear exactly what timeline Samsung is looking at this time around.

The same report suggests that Galaxy Ring 2 would bring a few key improvements such as longer battery life, additional features (presumably beyond health tracking), and a thinner design as well.

What do you think about a second-generation Galaxy Ring? Did you try the original?
